Hi All,

Yes it has transpired that there has been some restructuring of the SAPS structure under the new Provincial Commissioner General M Petros.

There are still some things that require some implementation and fine tuning.  Once all is completed I shall publish a full discussion thereof.

One of the main things is that the members at Norwood SAPS will now be working a rotational, shift system.  This will assist us in implementing the Sector policing objectives.  What that means is that we will be policing all of our Sectors all the time.  Although there is some consternation, this should represent a step forward for us in combating crime effectively in our suburbs. 

We are still requesting that persons come forward with any ideas, assistance or donations to assist us in our duties.
